The Yarrow Collective

Peer Support, Education & Advocacy

Yarrow Collective is a by/for/with lived experience organization that builds non-carceral, consent-based alternatives to mental health services through peer support, recovery, and harm reduction. Together as a community we:

allow space for mental distress,
awaken to the wisdom of our lived experiences,
aspire towards healing justice,
amplify our voices, &
advocate for meaningful choice and change.

Our communities are centered around, for, & with people who have lived/living experience with a psychiatric diagnosis, trauma, extreme states, houselessness, disabilities or chronic illness, problems with substances, incarceration, criminalization, and other life-interrupting challenges.

For us, peer refers to a relationship built on shared lived experience. Rather than an identity, peer support is something we consistently practice through mutuality and cultivating transformative relationships together.

Yarrow Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the state of Colorado and your donations are tax deductible. Support our work today!
